My name is Andrew Martin and I have been a teacher since 1998. I was a Head of Department for five years and am now a Head of Year. Through my career I have taught English as a second language, History to GCSE and A Level students, English for Key stage 3 SATs preparation as well as literacy and Numeracy skills to students with Special Educational Needs. I am also able to offer mentoring to students with behaviour concerns.
My Masters in Education qualification gives me in depth understanding of secondary school students' behaviour concerns and strategies to help them in this area. This combined with my extensive and diverse teaching experience allows me to support and work with your child, tailoring lessons and mentoring to their needs. -
