I was a Head of Department for five years and am now a Head of Year. Through my career I have taught English as a second language, History to GCSE and A Level students, English for Key stage 3 SATs preparation as well as literacy and Numeracy skills to students with Special Educational Needs. I am also able to offer mentoring to students with behaviour concerns. <br>My Masters in Education qualification gives me in depth understanding of secondary school students' behaviour concerns and strategies to help them in this area.
